Responsibilities:

  16. Participate in industry forums and events, representing our organization and contributing to the broader data security community.
  17. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance data security awareness and capabilities among our employees.
  18. Conduct regular reviews of data security tools and technologies, recommending improvements and upgrades as necessary.
  19. Ensure our organization's data security practices align with our overall business strategy and objectives.
  20. Lead data security projects, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an asset.
  2. Proven experience (7+ years) in data security access management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  3. Strong understanding of data security principles, system changes, and their impact on user access.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are highly desirable.
  7. Experience with corporate systems and Oracle environments.
  8. Strong understanding of data security policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  9. Proven ability to manage data security incidents and breaches.
  10. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to provide expert guidance to senior management and other stakeholders.
