  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Experience with office management systems and procedures.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions.
  • Basic bookkeeping skills are a plus.
