Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by becoming their main point of contact and understanding their business needs
- Onboard new clients effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and thorough understanding of our products/services
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to track their progress and satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services based on client needs and usage patterns
- Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and resources to help clients maximize their use of our products
- Monitor client engagement metrics and take proactive steps to drive adoption and mitigate churn
- Gather feedback from clients and provide insights to enhance our products and customer experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related field, preferably in [industry/sector]
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and engagement
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
