As a Voice Technician, You Will
- Manage Operations Security Teams for continuous monitoring of networks and infrastructure, predicting and preventing service disruptions.
- Ensure rapid identification and resolution of hardware/software issues to minimize customer impact.
- Lead delivery teams in implementing engineering efforts and technical projects to ensure smooth transitions of new capabilities to operations.
- Oversee the Transport Network Services workforce, including access control for Network Management, Mainframe, and Voice services.
- Manage a Rapid Response Team to conduct urgent remediation efforts and other high-priority requirements.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for the COR and Program Leadership, providing technical guidance and reporting on team activities.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field.
- 10+ years of IT program management experience
- 5+ years of IT program management experience in DoD environment
- IAM level II certification (i.e., CAP, CASP+, CCISO, CISM, CISSP, GSLC)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations Certification
