Information Technology Support Analyst
Job Description: One of our top clients is looking for an IT Service Analyst to join their team. This individual will be working on a variety of tasks including responding to tickets with procedural issues, responding to emails with business analytic issues, delegating tasks to response teams, assisting with password resets, building reports, and creating incident categories. The ideal candidate must have experience working with the Microsoft Office suite, ServiceNow ticketing systems (preferably in ITSM), be extremely task oriented, and have excellent communication skills. This is a six month contract with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position. This will be a fully remote opportunity.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Support Analyst, responding to ticketing incidents via phone, email, or a ticketing system
- Extensive experience working on tickets and building supports in ServiceNow, preferably in ITSM
- Associate's Degree or higher
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Compensation: $25/hr to $29/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
