We are seeking an Architectural Designer with 3-5 years of relevant work experience who will be the right long-term fit for our creative and dynamic office environment. Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with small fast-paced teams.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various projects accordingly
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and contractors
- Strong design, communication, organizational and collaborative skills
- Talented in the preparation of presentation materials with clear graphic communication
- Hard-working, detail-oriented, and independently motivated with ambition to work toward the most resolved version of the task at hand
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Job Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- An accredited Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Valid United States work permit.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite programs. Knowledge of Rhino and Enscape is a plus.
- Must have solid conceptual and design process skills and good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, visually, orally, and in writing with the project team and consultant in a timely and effective manner.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined.
- Architectural License and LEED AP is a plus
