Primary Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Culture & Performance to lead specific company initiatives that enhance workforce efficiency, improve leadership capabilities, and drive a high-performance, people-first culture. This role will play a critical part in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent while ensuring alignment with business objectives across multiple locations.
As the Workforce Optimization Expert, this position will partner with leadership teams across multiple locations to assess, refine, and optimize workplace dynamics, achieve customer service excellence, and bring structure to fast-paced environments.

- Align workforce policies and procedures with business objectives to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- Streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and maximize on-site team productivity across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-performing employees.
- Monitor and analyze retention metrics and refine hiring and onboarding processes for long-term success.
- Act as an on-the-ground problem solver, ensuring smooth workflows and resolving challenges in real time.
- Develop and implement customer service training programs to enhance resident interactions and provide customized solutions for site-specific challenges.
- Travel to various locations to deliver in-person leadership training and provide hands-on leadership coaching and help assess unique team needs.
- Coach on-site teams on effective leadership strategies, team motivation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Measure and analyze workforce key performance indicators (KPIs) to track engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Foster a high-performance, people-first workplace.
- Experience in industries with multi-location operations (multi-family properties, retirement housing, hospitality, etc.).
- Certification in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, or Change Management.
- Proven experience in workforce optimization, leadership coaching, and culture transformation at a senior level.
- Strong ability to navigate complex, multi-location operations and build alignment across multiple teams.
- Expertise in recruiting, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
