About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. HIPAA Program Manager to investigate privacy violations and ensure HIPAA compliance across healthcare operations. This role is crucial in analyzing data, conducting investigations, identifying privacy risks, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement corrective action plans (CAPs). Key Responsibilities: Investigate privacy incidents involving members, providers, and employees Analyze data, contracts, and documentation to determine compliance risks Apply regulatory and contractual requirements to the investigation process Conduct interviews and research to substantiate privacy allegations Prepare reports for regulatory agencies and the Board of Directors Maintain accurate case management records for potential legal discovery Develop corrective action plans (CAPs) based on investigation findings Collaborate with key business units to ensure ongoing compliance Communicate investigative findings with members, providers, and stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of experience in healthcare privacy investigations

Bachelor’s degree required (Graduate degree preferred) OR equivalent experience

Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual

  • English & Spanish required) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in
