For the Ardena Business Unit based in Somerset (US), we are looking for a Project Manager

What You Will Work On

YOUR ROLE

Project manager is responsible for leading teams to support product development and clinical supply activities and milestones. The Project Manager position serves as the main point of contact of clients for project related activities. Managing cross-functional activities between Product development, Analytical, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations and Quality while being responsible for program scope adjustments, forecasting and invoicing.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Under own direction for assigned projects coordinate projects from award stage to completion ensuring correct planning timelines are generated, monitored and tracked to ensure successful adherence and completion
  • Coordinate customer meetings/calls/customer visits to support own assigned projects and understand full scope requirements to generate all required project documentation such as agendas/meeting minutes/timelines
  • Coordinate internal team meetings to support assigned projects
  • Issue project Work Orders (along with functional teams) to encompass materials, equipment, documentation required for project scheduling and execution
  • Support NPIx (New Project Introduction Excellence) program by preparing presentations/reviews for leadership meetings.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Chemistry/Pharmacy/Engineering or relevant discipline is preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years required experience to include Project Management and customer service for pharmaceutical development. Relevant experience leading teams in business development, Analytical or Product development is a plus.
  • Professional Project Management Qualification preferred
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Soft skills that align with our CARE values- Communicative, Accountable, Reliable, and Excellent.
