The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate insights, develop marketing materials, and optimize benefits engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communication
- Develop and execute communication strategies to promote employee benefits programs.
- Create marketing materials, presentations, and digital content for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to enhance benefits branding and engagement.
- Maintain benefits portals, websites, and communication platforms.
- Assist in organizing benefits fairs, webinars, and employee education sessions.
- Analyze benefits program performance and employee utilization trends.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights on benefits effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and benchmarking data to ensure competitive benefits offerings.
- Support compliance reporting and ensure data accuracy for regulatory submissions.
- Provide recommendations to improve benefits programs based on data insights.
- Collaborate with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to optimize offerings.
- Assist in annual open enrollment planning and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, data analysis, or HR marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms (Workday, SAP, ADP, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, etc.) is a plus.
- Employee Benefits/ L&H Certifications or Designations (CEBS, etc)
- Experience in marketing or internal communications.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
