  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

OneSparQ is looking for a Sr. Platform Engineer in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain platform infrastructure (hardware, software, and network) to meet business needs and industry standards.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platforms for application goals.
  • Manage and configure DevOps tools (e.g., API Gateway, Terraform) to support automation and deployment.
  • Work with DevOps and production teams to update, troubleshoot, and maintain platforms for new features and services.
  • Automate key platform processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth platform operations.
  • Identify and mitigate security risks while ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Develop and enforce security and resiliency policies to protect infrastructure and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Create technical documentation and high-level design reports as needed.
  • Research and analyze user requests for system modifications or issue resolution.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee platform changes, updates, and integrations.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in platform engineering
  • Kubernetes Expertise
  • Experience with Java Spring microservices
  • Comfortability with Azure or AWS

Additional Skills:

  • Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator
