Key Responsibilities

  • Team Coordination: Assist in managing team members, ensuring smooth collaboration, and addressing any roadblocks.
  • Task Management: Oversee weekly task completion, follow up on pending work, and maintain accountability across teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor progress on key deliverables and generate reports on efficiency and productivity.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in operations and suggest improvements for workflow efficiency.
  • Internal Communication: Act as a bridge between different teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Meetings & Reporting: Organize team meetings, document discussions, and track action items for execution.
  • Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operational activities, team tasks, and reports.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Assist leadership with various business operations-related tasks as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
