Our client is a global organization, named one of the largest in the Automobile industry! They are rapidly growing and going through a robust digital transformation.

They are seeking an IT Project Coordinator who would orchestrate a $30 million infrastructure project. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a critical part in a large-scale, multi-site network refresh project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure all equipment is properly configured, tested, and shipped to the designated locations.
  • Coordinate with store managers and on-site teams to facilitate smooth installations and ensure all necessary upgrades are completed.
  • Track and document any issues, escalating them immediately to the appropriate contacts for swift resolution.
  • May oversee some licensing coordination related to the equipment.
  • Ensure successful completion of upgrades, securing sign-offs from leadership and store managers to confirm all requirements are met.

What We re Looking For:

  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of network infrastructure to grasp the scope and details of a complex, multi-site upgrade project.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability with a keen eye for tracking and escalating issues effectively.
  • Experience in managing IT deployments, network refresh projects, or similar large-scale infrastructure initiatives is a plus.

Experience

  • 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on network refresh projects.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
