Job Role : Change, Adoption and Organisation Readiness Lead ( Senior Level - Role )

Location : Leeds, United Kingdom

  • They will oversee change communication and training
  • Need to define the strategy, play books as well as ensuring efficiency
  • Responsible for Org readiness activities, BAU, support for future deployments
  • Important to have experience of experience led change , moments that matter and personas
  • Overseeing the overall approach to AAI adoption and Digital strategy
  • Strong stakeholder management skills responsible or working across the brands and divisions
  • Senior level candidate
  • Needs to have worked in global federated organisation needs to understand business units that work autonomously, brands etc
  • Consulting background is a bonus
  • Needs to be someone who has done the strategy and has delivered as well.

Desirable:

  • HR OD and Operating model experience
  • Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner)
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar (Highly desirable)
  • Experience of driving cultural and behavioural change

Note : The position will have occasional travel to London Office and Not so frequent travel to US and Europe
