  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: Field Service Engineer / Field Service Technician (Diffusion)

Job Location

Main Job Duties
  • Customer Service

: Collect VOC from customers, manage, and feedback to customers

: Communicate with customers to set up & lead meeting

: Maintenance Equipment on customer site

  • CIP Management, Alarm tracking & management (analyze and get solution for it)
  • Equipment Installation

: Keep following customer's safety rules with EHS

: Managing project schedule to complete equipment installation on time

: Equipment Maintenance (Warranty In & out)

  • Failure Analysis

: Keep communicate with HQ in Korea to analyze equipment & part failure

  • Document management

: Create, manage and update SOP & Check sheets

  • Communication

: Keep communicate with HQ in Korea and other supplies to support customer's demand

  • Data Management

: Manage technical issues from customer sites, and keep recording them on the database.

Requirement
  • Education: Associate degree or higher (Engineering Major)
  • Semiconductor Equipment & Process work experience preferred - Diffusion
  • Bilingual preferred (English / Korean)
  • Allowed Business trip (Domestic & International - 20% or higher)
  • Willing to support with extended time (night call and weekend response)
