Position: Recruiter Intern Evoxa is seeking a motivated Recruiter Intern to help identify, attract, and onboard top talent to support our growing business. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and recruitment operations within an innovative company dedicated to providing valuable business services.
This position is an unpaid internship requiring a 10-hour weekly commitment, providing a great learning opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience with the recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate communication between applicants and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Support the interview process by coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and assisting with follow-ups.
- Build relationships with potential hires and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.
- Research industry trends, competitive hiring strategies, and innovative sourcing techniques to improve recruitment efforts.
- Represent Evoxa’s mission and values to prospective candidates and external partners.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Interest in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, or other recruiting platforms is a plus but not required.
