Overview
This individual will pay a key role in the management of the Agency’s Financial Reporting and Controls department. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the coordination of monthly intercompany activity, month end general ledger close as well managing vendor relationships.

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist in review of the balance sheet account reconciliations
- Prepares various monthly journal entries in conformance to Publicis Company Policy (JANUS) and GAAP
- Assist Job Management team in researching issues on jobs
- Work with internal team on vendor PO issuance and payment
- Manage intercompany transactions review and reporting
- Assist in the preparation of P&L reforecast and input into the Hyperion Reporting System
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and trouble-shoot any issues that arise
- Other ad hoc projects
- Results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and who can operate effectively independently and in a collaborative environment
- Advanced MS Excel modeling skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables)
- Proficiency with MS Office/PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with diverse groups agency-wide
- Thrive working in a fast paced environment
- Passionate about the business with a strong desire to continuously improve performance and service
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA (or working towards) a plus
