Talent Acquisition Specialist
Hire Technology is looking for a contract Recruiter for our Fortune client based in Houston.TX This Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, selecting, and hiring top talent for our client. This position is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and human resources throughout the hiring process.
Position will be 100% Remote - candidates must be able to work all time zones, including Hawaii.
This is a 6 month contract opportunity with potential for extensions or direct hire.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and source diverse, high-quality candidate pools through job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate engagement, screening, interview coordination, and selection process
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess job requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection
Conduct phone screenings and facilitate interview processes, including panel interviews and multi-stage assessments (Teams, in-person, and travel-based interviews as needed)
Guide hiring teams in making informed hiring decisions, preparing offer recommendations, and aligning compensation expectations within company pay structures
Facilitate the offer process, including verbal extensions, negotiation, and finalization through Workday
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding, including background checks and transition coordination
Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and data management standards related to recruiting
Partner with HR and hiring managers to provide insights on market trends, compensation, and recruitment best practices
Leverage applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring workflows
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in high-volume recruitment
4 - 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
Proven ability to source passive candidates and stay informed of market and industry trends
Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices in recruitment
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms (Workday preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in national agency or corporate/shared services high-volume recruiting
Experience with Workday Recruiting
AIRES certification

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Effective problem-solving, multi-tasking, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Knowledge of recruitment sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
Experience with self-scheduling tools, video interviews, and text-based communication in recruiting
Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and recommend solutions for hiring needs
