  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This is mid-level functional PM role

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responds to store requests via work order system, for fixture repairs/replacement parts and brand display replacements of missing or damaged items
  • Monitors all requests through completion, which will involve internal and external communications and status reports
  • Manages 1500+ open tickets at any given time in various stages
  • Researches and references materials as needed to accomplish fixture maintenance requirements in stores with multiple fixture types
  • Collaborates with manager on spend and cost saving opportunities
  • Analyze store requests for overall trends to determine best practice solutions
  • Provide feedback on platform used for store requests
  • Participate in meetings as needed with cross-functional partners and vendors
  • Supports miscellaneous projects for the team as needed

  • Field leadership

Experience/Skills needed:

  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Smartsheet familiarity
  • Work order experience, for example, Service Channel, a plus
  • BA or BS Degree, or equivalent experience, and with project management experience
  • General understanding of retail industry, strong organization skills (e.g. prioritizing, problem solving, analytical skills, meeting deadlines, issue management)
  • Strong business acumen with customer centric approach, ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with all levels of management, store representatives and suppliers
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong ability to deal with ambiguity
