TEKsystems is currently looking for a Software Licensing Analyst with 5+ years of experience to help extract key software licensing terms, conditions and enter data into the, Flexera Network Management Suite (FNMS).
This includes
1) Analyze contracts and extract key licensing terms and conditions, Incensing metrics, limitations of use, and reporting requirements.
2) Input extracted contract data into Flexera Network Management Suite.
3) Search purchase orders associated with the software contract and products.
Required Job Skills:
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Strong communication skills (including verbal, written, presentation and active listening)
Strong time management skills
Ability to analyze, interpret, and match data from multiple data sources
Ability to facilitate meetings
Attention to detail and delivery of a high quality work product
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
Ability to navigate in a complex organization and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
Desired Job Skills:
Knowledge and experience with software contracts negotiation, software sourcing, and/or software procurement
Knowledge and experience in executing purchases for various license metric types
Knowledge and experience with ARIBA Contracts,
Contract Law, Paralegal, or Supply Chain Management schooling preferred
Usage of a Software License Management Tools i.e. - Flexera Network Management Suite (FNMS), Aspera, Snow, IBM Tivoli, or HP Asset Manager preferred.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
