We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead critical initiatives within the media broadcasting industry. This role focuses on preparing systems, data, and reports for seamless AI integration. While AI experience is not required, strong TPM expertise is essential. The TPM will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, standardize workflows, and ensure successful technology implementations.


Responsibilities



  • Project Readiness for AI Integration: Lead efforts to standardize reports, data, and workflows to facilitate AI implementation.

  • Media & Broadcast Expertise: Manage projects within a broadcasting environment, ensuring industry-specific needs are met.

  • Agile & Scrum Leadership: Oversee Scrum processes, backlog grooming, and requirement gathering to keep projects on track.

  • Technical Team Management: Collaborate with engineering teams, manage development timelines, and coordinate Go/No-Go decisions.

  • Program & Change Management: Develop and execute project charters, manage timelines, and drive successful technology rollouts.

  • Launch Planning & Execution: Lead project launches, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth transitions.

  • Cloud & Virtualization Projects (Preferred): Experience with cloud migrations and virtualization initiatives is a plus.


Qualifications



  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a media broadcasting environment.

  • Strong background in Agile, Scrum methodologies, and backlog grooming.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive deliverables.

  • Experience with cloud migration and virtualization projects is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.


Additional Details


The base range for this contract position is $73 - $83/per hour, depending on experience.


Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
