  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, including configuring, customizing, and maintaining the platform to align with business and IT service management (ITSM) requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining best practices, ensuring platform scalability, and driving enhancements to improve performance and user experience. Key responsibilities include platform administration, incident resolution, change implementation, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure smooth and efficient ServiceNow operations across the organization.

Need expertise on HAM Pro.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, etc.).
    • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and other programming languages is a plus.
    • Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
    • Experience with API integrations and tools like REST/SOAP.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
    • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
