Employment Type: Contract - W2
Duration: 3+ months with potential possibilities of contract extensions and an opportunity for conversion to full-time as per the business requirements
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Arizona time
Position Type: 100% Onsite in Phoenix, AZ; 40 hours per week; Overtime of up to 8 hours may be required during various weeks

Position Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately keying tax return information into multiple systems, following standard operating procedures and customer-specific instructions. This position maintains site productivity and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter tax return information into designated systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures and customer-specific instructions for processing returns.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Adhere to any overtime requirements as determined by the client.
Skills Required:
- Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Strong 10-key skills (e.g., 15,000+ KPH, 60+ WPM).
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using a PC within a Windows environment, the Internet, MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Suite applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in data entry in an office environment.
- Experience working with production and quality standards.
Education Required: High school diploma or GED.
