Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry and validation, with experience in the oil and gas industry being a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and manage data, ensuring high standards of quality control throughout the process.

• Software Utilization: Utilize WellView, Content Server, and Grooper to handle PDF reports, spreadsheets, and automated data extraction.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain accuracy and consistency in data entry and validation tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data entry and data validation.

Software Proficiency:

• WellView: Experience with WellView or similar oil/gas database systems.

• Grooper: Proficiency in Grooper or similar document processing software.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the oil and gas industry.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.

Additional Information

• Work Environment: This position requires working on-site in Oklahoma City five days a week.

• Contract Details: The role is initially for 12 months, with the possibility of extending the contract based on performance and business needs.

Compensation:

$25/hr to $30/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
