Job Description
:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with over 10 years of experience to manage and oversee complex, multi-year, large-scale projects in the Telecom domain. The candidate should have a strong background in program planning, governance, reporting, and resource management, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning and Governance:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Participate in governance activities to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Status Reporting and Communication:
    • Prepare and deliver internal and client-facing status reports.
    • Facilitate executive communications and manage project escalations effectively.
  • Documentation and Registers:
    • Create and maintain meeting minutes, project presentations, issues registers, risk registers, and action item registers.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Conduct project financial reporting and forecasting.
    • Assist in budget management and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.
  • Resource and Risk Management:
    • Support resource planning and assignments across diverse teams.
    • Proactively identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Client and Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Telecom customers and diverse teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Provide analytical insights to address challenges and improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience, with at least 5 years in the Telecom domain.
    • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-year, large-scale projects.
    • Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in program planning, financial forecasting, and risk management.
    • Hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status.
