Job Title: Instructional Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to develop high-quality learning materials, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training, multimedia content, and job aids. The role involves conducting needs assessments, collaborating with subject matter experts, and applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led training, and multimedia course materials (slides, guides, job aids, assessments, etc.).
  • Create visually appealing learning products that align with branding guidelines.
  • Conduct needs assessments, task analysis, and instructional analysis to scope training requirements.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Communication, Instructional Design, Technology, Education, or related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree).
  • 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or multimedia content development.
  • Experience with LMS administration, Salesforce, FACETS, or CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.

This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment and a focus on delivering modular, just-in-time learning solutions.
