Certified Change Management Practitioner

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Description:
We are seeking an experienced, certified Change Management Practitioner with deep knowledge of the Prosci ADKAR methodology to lead change initiatives for Project Fusion, a large-scale digital transformation project. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, project leaders, stakeholders, and end users to minimize adoption and resistance challenges. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills to drive organizational change effectively.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Review, update and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with Project Fusion timelines, business objectives, and stakeholder needs.
  • Identify, analyze, and manage stakeholders across all organizational levels to foster collaboration and support throughout the Project Fusion lifecycle.
  • Apply the Prosci ADKAR model to drive awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement for key project stakeholders to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Assess organizational readiness and impacts of Project Fusion changes, identify areas of resistance and develop tailored mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and deliver targeted communication plans that clearly convey project goals, benefits, and progress to various stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with training teams on design and implementation of learning solutions that address user knowledge gaps and enhance system adoption within
  • Project Fusion.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure change adoption, effectiveness, and overall project success. Report progress and risks to project leadership and stakeholders weekly.
  • Build and lead a network of change champions to support the execution of change activities and reinforce adoption throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Project management, or related field.

Certifications:

  • Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci required)
  • PMP or other project management certifications (preferred)

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, with a strong focus on large-scale projects like Project Fusion.
  • Expertise in applying the Prosci ADKAR model to drive change adoption.
  • Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Proven track record of managing complex change initiatives and fostering stakeholder alignment.
