  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage guests promptly and warmly
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs
  • Ensure food and service is to Wood Ranch standards
  • Communicate with guests to make a positive lasting impression
  • Ensure and promote safety and cleanliness
  • Participate in team pre-bussing and running food, offer to help other team members
  • Carry hot and cold plates to guests
  • Lift and carry trays with 6-7 drinks
  • Serve alcohol to guest following safe alcohol service guidelines with local, state and federal laws
  • Prepare beverages, desserts and soups
  • Perform light duties, including stocking stations and side work assignment(s)
  • Communicate openly with management regarding any work-related concerns
  • Process payments, including making change for cash payments

Requirements
  • Requirements & Working Conditions
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as a server assistant (or similar position)
  • Preferably able to work 5 shifts a week
  • Must speak English
  • Must be outgoing, charismatic, proactive, approachable, guest-centric and positive
  • Food Handler’s Card
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Perform basic math skills
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to solve problems, adapt to change quickly and easily and multi-task
  • Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
  • Continuous use of hands and arms; continuous bending, reaching and twisting
