Department: Ticket Sales and Service
Reports to: Manager, Ticket Operations
Classification: Part-Time/Non-Exempt (Seasonal)
Summary/Objective:
As Intern, Ticket Operations, you will work out of the Ticket Sales, Services and Operations Department to help assist the ticket operations team with everyday ticket operations responsibilities. Ideal candidates must have the ability to learn quickly, be detail oriented, and fully buy-in to the digital ticketing experience. In addition, applicants must be able to adapt, work effectively under pressure, and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment. Majority of time spent in indoor, climate-controlled environment of the Daikin Park sales floor. May also be exposed to partially sheltered outdoor environment subject to climate fluctuations.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This role requires the ability to lift, carry, move, arrange, and use equipment up to 30 lbs. in weight and to stand for long periods of time. Possess the visual acuity to see, read and comprehend text, type, data and content on standard computer monitors, smart phones, screens, and documents.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position and hours will vary. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Assist with ticket operations event setup (event creation, ticket pricing, event access, and accuracy checks)
- Assist with mobile ticketing support on smartphone and tablet devices
- At times help manage the inbound ticket help phone line and ticket help inbox
- Assist in the timely processing of ticketing service requests
- Inform the Ticket Operations Manager of any issues regarding ticketed events and provide possible solutions when needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Propensity to learn and apply skills needed in a ticket operations role
- Demonstrate ability to work well with different personalities and teammates
- Proficient with Microsoft excel, word, and PowerPoint
