  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce experience for a remote, long-term contract opportunity. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, document requirements, and support the successful delivery of system enhancements and new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for new processes, systems, and user experiences through interviews, workshops, and research.
  • Map Salesforce data to/from third-party and custom systems (SAP, Data Lake, etc.) to ensure seamless integrations.
  • Analyze and document current and future state workflows, including use cases, swim-lane diagrams, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Collaborate with IT development and QA teams to define testing strategies, support system testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Work closely with vendor partners and internal teams to communicate business needs and determine optimal solutions.
  • Advise on best practices for digital user interface designs and user experience (UX).
  • Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and other tools to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and project management methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, including data mapping and systems integration.
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (preferred).
  • Strong background in business process design, workflow analysis, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology and Jira for project tracking.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Lucid Charts, and visually modeling requirements is a plus.
