Job Description:

  • We are seeking two highly skilled Cloud Strategic Architects one specializing in Microsoft Azure and the other in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) to support our cloud-first strategy, dual-cloud strategy, disaster recovery (DR) strategy, and application assessment exercises.
  • These roles will be instrumental in defining and implementing best practices, ensuring scalable and resilient cloud architectures, and guiding our cloud adoption and optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and define system scope and requirements using analysis of information in the development of information systems.
  • Create and modify procedures to solve complex business problems considering system limitations and capacity.
  • Define and implement best practices for cloud architecture, ensuring scalability and resilience.
  • Guide cloud adoption and optimization efforts.
  • Support disaster recovery (DR) strategy and application assessment exercises.
  • Lead and mentor teams in cloud technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud architecture and strategy.
  • 4-6 years of specialized experience in either Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in Azure or Google Cloud Platform are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of system limitations and capacity planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to create innovative solutions to complex business problems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and mentor teams.
