  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity problems.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to coordinate software support, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance to end-users, explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance activities, such as backups, patch management, and security updates, to ensure system integrity and data protection.
  • Document support activities, including issue resolution steps, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles, for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in system and software upgrades, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring minimal disruption to users and systems.
  • Stay update with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in systems support and administration, continuously improving technical skills and knowledge.

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor s in computer science or closely related field.
