EPIC System Management Analyst

Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Serves as a liaison between the other IT Teams (Desktop, Server, Network) and Epic Team to implement and coordinate the technical projects
Epic certification(s) must be kept current and includes completing NVT (new version training) and re-certification as required
Monitors the ticket queue, reaching out to the end users to ensure clear understanding of reported issues, collaborating with other team members and departments to address tickets when
appropriate, and closing tickets in accordance with defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines
Re-directs operational requests to appropriate team leadership
Conveys any conflicting enhancement requests/project priorities to Revenue Cycle Manager, for additional feedback as needed
Attends specific strategic initiative meetings as needed to provide subject matter expertise and guidance
Required Qualifications:
Epic Certification (MyChart/Cadence)
3+ years of programming and/or analytical experience with Epic
Legally authorized to work in the US without any restrictions. Proof will be required
Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Epic certification (Reporting Workbench, Dashboards, Slicer/Dicer)
