Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Identity Analytics Engineer to drive IAM security, risk analytics, and compliance through data-driven insights and AI-powered identity intelligence. This role will lead identity analytics initiatives, guide security strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance access security, detect anomalies, and optimize identity governance. The ideal candidate is an expert in IAM analytics, machine learning for identity risk scoring, and SIEM integrations, with strong leadership skills to drive security transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead identity analytics strategy, defining roadmaps, KPIs, and predictive models for proactive risk management.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices for IAM analytics teams.
• Collaborate with IAM, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to implement data-driven security enhancements.
• Drive governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives, ensuring IAM policies align with industry standards.
• Develop identity risk analytics models to detect anomalies, policy violations, and insider threats.
• Implement risk-based access controls (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC) using advanced data analytics.
• Leverage machine learning and AI for identity intelligence, fraud detection, and risk prediction.
• Perform User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) to identify access anomalies and prevent misuse.
• Design real-time IAM dashboards and reporting tools for risk monitoring and access control insights.
• Conduct role mining, entitlement reviews, and risk-based access analysis for security optimization.
• Lead integration of IAM analytics with SIEM platforms (Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar) for proactive threat detection.
• Automate identity lifecycle analytics, streamlining provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews.
• Oversee big data analytics for IAM security, working with SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Define identity security metrics, analytics pipelines, and governance models for compliance monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to SOX, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, and other security regulations in IAM policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or data analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in identity analytics, IAM risk modeling, and behavioral anomaly detection.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools (Broadcom Identity Governance, Okta, CyberArk, Veza).
• Deep knowledge of SIEM solutions (Splunk, and ElK) for security monitoring.
• Experience leading role mining, risk-based authentication, and privileged access monitoring initiatives.
• Strong background in cloud IAM security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Kibana).
• Proven ability to define IAM security strategies, influence executive decisions, and drive largescale projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in AI-driven identity threat detection, fraud prevention, and anomaly detection techniques.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and advanced risk-based authentication (RBA).
• Experience in Graph-based identity analytics and identity graph modeling.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).
• Experience in automating IAM workflows, building identity governance solutions, and integrating advanced analytics into security operations
