Job Description:



We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented SQL developer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and operations teams to extract, analyze, and optimize data to drive business decisions. You will be responsible for querying databases, writing efficient SQL code, and troubleshooting data-related issues to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze sales data.
  • Optimize SQL code and database performance to improve reporting speed and accuracy.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and implement solutions to enhance performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Work with sales, finance, and operations teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Automate and streamline data workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and business performance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL (writing queries, stored procedures, indexing, optimization).
  • Experience querying large databases and working with relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  • Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL code for performance improvements.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with business teams.
  • Experience in sales analytics or a related field
