SAP PM/EAM ANALYST 12+ Months Remote / Pacific Time

SCOPE OF WORK:
Seeking a professional services resource to provide support for the Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management. The contractor will be responsible for the follow areas of work:
Provide support for the Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management module and other IT applications supported by the work group.
Depending on project size, may work independent or alongside other team members to analyze business requirements, design solutions, configure system (when needed), complete specification documents to facilitate development of solution (when needed), develop test criteria and conduct testing, support User Acceptance Testing, deploy solution to production, and provide oversight and validation to ensure solution works as expected.
May lead small to medium sized projects.
May be required to develop and conduct presentations; respond to and resolve internal customer concerns; provide support and analysis on complex situations; and actively support the work group s strategies, goals, and priorities.
May require occasional support on evenings and weekends.
Submit weekly status reports on progress and deliverables.
May be assigned additional enhancement requests as needed.

Mandatory Requirements
Five (5) years of experience designing and configuring complex Work Management/Plant Maintenance solutions in SAP, including experience implementing solutions to manage the full lifecycle of equipment maintenance from planning and scheduling to execution.
SAP ECC 6.0 experience with SAP EP7 or higher.
Must be strong in analysis and hands-on execution of functional/technical testing. Experience performing extensive end-to-end and regression testing of complex solutions, including integrations to external systems. Excellent written and communication skills.
Technical Requirements
Must have experience with all phases of development lifecycle including business requirements gathering, analysis, detailed design and specification creation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
Desirable Qualifications
Electrical utility experience and knowledge of electric utility business processes; knowledge of processes supporting power generation, transmission and distribution operations, meter shop, substation, and fleet.
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori apps supporting enterprise work management.
Experience implementing archiving solutions for SAP Plant Maintenance data objects.
Knowledge of other systems that integrate with SAP Plant Maintenance, such as GIS applications (e.g., ESRI and/or G/Technology), outage management system, scheduling/mobile solutions, and Enterprise Service Bus. Experience integrating SAP with other applications.
Experience with mobile and scheduling applications in support of field crew resources.
Experience with smart forms integration to support Work Management processes.
