Job Description:

  • This position is more into time and scheduling using UKG dimensions ( Kronos)
  • Experienced Project Lead with 13 to 15 years of expertise in scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce management solutions, specifically with UKG Dimensions and Kronos. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of workforce management projects, ensuring seamless timekeeping and scheduling processes.
  • Lead and manage UKG Dimensions/Kronos implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and IT teams to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Design and configure workforce management solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, payroll integration, and compliance within UKG/Kronos solutions.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise on UKG Dimensions, Workforce Central, and Workforce Ready.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and labor laws in timekeeping and scheduling policies.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, accruals, and labor regulations.
  • Experience in project leadership, stakeholder management, and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
