We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, with a strong ability to manage time effectively. As a Data Entry, you will play a crucial role in inputting and maintaining accurate and timely information to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Input data and update information into our database accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of information.
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry and receptionist duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
