Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Perform basic clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Input data and update information into our database accurately and promptly.
- Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry and receptionist duties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
