The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building, and nurturing customer relationships, and closing deals. Plays a pivotal role in achieving / exceeding revenue targets and expanding customer base.

Job Description:

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in software service sales.
  • Proven expertise in prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business.
  • Experience in solution-based selling in one or more of Emergys Offerings:
    • SAP, ITSM/BMC/ServiceNow, CRM/SalesForce, LCNC/Mendix/Out Systems, Cloud/AWS, Data/BI/Analytics, RPA/UIPath/AA, Testing/Automation
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ability to present company s products / services to potential clients through effective sales pitches and demonstrations.
  • Proven experience in negotiating terms and conditions to secure deals and contracts.
  • Work across functions with other teams and leaders to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points. Utilize VE (for SAP), benchmarking, and ROI data to support the customer s decision process.
  • Lead Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management.
  • Proven expertise in disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline.
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.
  • Support all Emergys and OEM promotions and events.
  • Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.
  • Strong communication (written & oral), negotiation, presentation skills is a must.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
