  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled eLearning Content Production Assistant to join our production team. In this role, you will be key in building and maintaining our online courses. You will be responsible for transforming instructional design materials into interactive and engaging online learning experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, and potentially JavaScript to add interactive elements and engaging learning activities.
  • Integrate multimedia components, such as videos, images, and audio, into online courses.
  • Add assessments, quizzes, and other interactive exercises to courses.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to course content and functionality.
  • Maintain and update existing course materials to ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to quality standards and style guidelines to ensure consistency across all courses.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.


Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.
  • Solid IT background with a demonstrated ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or website development is a plus.
