  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our team for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and middleware technologies. Experience with TOAD or SQL Developer is essential, and knowledge of cloud platforms such as IBM, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud is a nice-to-have. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Houston, TX three days a week, or relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL code to ensure efficient database operations.
  • Perform performance tuning for PL/SQL queries and database procedures to enhance system performance.
  • Work with middleware technologies to integrate databases with applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions.
  • Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions to support application needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Maintain and enhance the functionality of the existing database environment.
  • Provide technical support for the database development lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in PL/SQL development, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Performance tuning skills for PL/SQL queries and optimizing database performance.
  • Experience with middleware technologies to integrate databases and applications.
  • Proficiency in TOAD or SQL Developer for database development and management.
  • MUST NOT REQUIRE SPONSORSHIP NOW OR IN THE FUTURE.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to database systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud.
  • Familiarity with other database tools and technologies is a plus.

Note: This position requires onsite presence in Houston, TX (T/W/Th), or relocation for candidates who are open to moving.
