Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
We are seeking an experienced Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial operations across multiple facilities. This role is instrumental in driving financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial planning in a multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management – Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance for all entities in the portfolio.
- Financial Analysis – Conduct in-depth financial reviews, variance analysis, and performance reporting to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Forecasting & Budgeting – Develop and execute annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and strategic forecasts to align with business goals.
- Cost Optimization – Analyze operational expenses, staffing efficiency, and supply chain costs to drive profitability and financial health.
- Leadership & Team Development – Mentor and manage finance team members, ensuring strong collaboration and professional growth.
- KPI & Performance Reporting – Maintain and present financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
- Strategic Planning – Partner with executives to drive financial strategy, including monthly financial reviews and target-setting.
- Scenario Analysis & Growth Planning – Assist in financial modeling for acquisitions, expansion opportunities, and business scenarios.
- Stakeholder Communication – Prepare financial decks, distribute dashboards, and present insights to leadership teams.
- Operational Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with department leaders to ensure financial accountability and operational efficiency.
- Special Projects & Ad Hoc Analysis – Support leadership with financial insights and recommendations for key business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience – 3-5 years of financial management experience (skilled nursing/healthcare finance preferred but not required).
- Skills & Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with financial software (Excel, accounting systems, FP&A tools).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring finance teams.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
