Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented E-Commerce Sales & Executive Assistant to oversee and grow our eBay and Facebook Marketplace business while also providing comprehensive executive support. This unique role requires a dynamic individual who has strong organizational and multitasking skills, and is proficient in e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Sales (eBay & Facebook Marketplace):

  • Oversee the end-to-end operations of our eBay and Facebook Marketplace stores, including creating and managing listings, setting prices, maintaining inventory, and fulfilling orders.
  • Research market trends to optimize pricing strategies, product descriptions, and overall competitive positioning.
  • Capture, edit, and write compelling product descriptions and photos to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve returns, and handle disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and coordinate restocking when necessary.

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the owner, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling day-to-day correspondence etc.
  • Coordinate personal and business-related tasks, such as travel arrangements, errands, and special projects.
  • Organize and maintain emails, records, documents, and other critical information in an efficient and accessible manner.
  • Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between the owner, vendors, clients, and business associates, facilitating communication and relationships.
  • Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven e-commerce experience, particularly with eBay, Facebook Marketplace is a must
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in technology, including Google Suite, Excel, online selling tools, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to often work independently, take initiative, and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience with UPS and FedX shipping and logistics is a plus.but can train
  • Previous executive assistant experience is preferred but not required.
