Job Description

  • Looking for a Senior level Business Analyst for the Transformation project. We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in Claim Vantage specifically along with experience in Azure Dev Ops and JIRA with knowledge of Long-Term Disability and Group Life products and strong business analysis skills.

Primary responsibilities:

  • The hiring manager mentioned that the Business Analyst role is required for additional work during the next phases of the Shinka project, which is currently in phase 3.
  • Key responsibilities include creating user stories, managing backlogs, organizing meetings, and preparing project-related documents.
  • Data mapping is also a significant part of the role, with a preference for candidates with techno-functional expertise.
  • Experience with ClaimVantage and Jira is a must-have, while knowledge of Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with creating dashboards and working with context menus in Azure is also expected.
