Salesforce Enterprise Architect
Requirements:
- 8 or more years of experience in database management, data migration, and healthcare EHR systems.
- Proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Intersystems Cache, and database scripting for SaaS data migration.
- Experience in business analysis, reviewing user requirements, and automating processes for system functionality.
- Experience in EHR applications, workflow analysis, system design, and software support using engineering practices.
- Experience documenting process flows, standardizing workflows, and conducting data collection with SMEs.
- Knowledge of IT architecture, industry trends, Agile Scrum methodology, and healthcare regulatory compliance (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration from legacy systems to modernized SaaS platforms, including planning, data cleansing, and mapping.
- Ensure design compliance with HHSC standards, setting up validation and auditing processes post-migration.
- Perform unit testing, manage test scenarios, analyze results, and debug issues to ensure SaaS solution reliability.
- Provide regular migration progress updates to stakeholders and deliver presentations on system functionality.
- Support post-migration system transitions, including training end-users and preparing comprehensive documentation.
- Optimize system performance through strategic oversight, based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Use ticketing systems for problem resolution and ensure effective communication throughout the SDLC.
