- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and efficient manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of meetings and events for staff.
- Manage and maintain all front desk and lobby areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
- Collaborate with team members to handle customer complaints and swift resolutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with MS Office and experience with multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and data entry.
