We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our company. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression of our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of meetings and events for staff.
  • Manage and maintain all front desk and lobby areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to handle customer complaints and swift resolutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and data entry.
