As a Full Stack Developer I, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our web-based applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop responsive and scalable web applications using modern technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Angular.
- Design and implement server-side logic using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and APIs to support application functionality.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure reliability, security, and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, providing timely resolutions and enhancements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the development process.
- Collaborate with team members to review code, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- 2-4 years of development of related technical experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Solid understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Experience with server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- A passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
