Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between business teams, SAP teams, integration teams, and external vendor partners to gather and document requirements for SAP Ariba implementation.
Assist with requirement analysis and provide recommendations during the gathering phase to ensure all needs are understood and addressed.
Support testing/validation efforts, ensuring that the solution aligns with business requirements.
Provide guidance on best practices for Buying and Invoicing (B&I) processes, with knowledge of sourcing processes.
Help evaluate the project during the requirement gathering phase, offering input and expertise on the Ariba implementation.
Collaborate closely with the primary Business Analyst from another vendor to ensure seamless communication and documentation.
Offer recommendations on process improvements based on experience with SAP Ariba's Buying & Invoicing features.
Support the IT PM and assist the team in preparing for the transition to long-term support post go-live.

Must-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with 2-3 SAP Ariba implementations.
Strong expertise in Buying and Invoicing (B&I) processes.
Familiarity with SAP, Agiloft eContract (Eisai Contracting system), Workday, and other systems that process invoices (Readsoft, Veeva, HCP Engage, etc.).
Solid experience in testing activities and validating requirements.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to follow up on tasks and meet deadlines.

The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst will be to support the IT team in executing the implementation of SAP Ariba. The role does not require direct project delivery or system configuration but is essential in ensuring the business s needs are met through guidance and support.
The resource should be capable of independently managing tasks, following up on requirements, and assisting the team in preparing for post-go-live transitions.
