Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst proficient in SQL and Power BI to support our business by transforming data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver high-quality data models, dashboards, and reports to drive strategic decision-making across various business functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Extraction and Analysis: Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple data sources.
  • Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to present key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
  • Business Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improving business processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, project managers, and technical teams to understand data requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through regular quality checks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to support decision-making.
  • Documentation: Document data processes, queries, and reporting workflows for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or related role.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
    • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including creating visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
    • Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
  • Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics, experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
