The Recruiting Consultant will oversee a full cycle recruiting operation that is focused on client management, sourcing, engaging, and recruiting the nation’s best specialty physicians and advanced practitioners. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing a multi-channel national recruiting program that identifies, targets, and engages highly qualified candidates in multiple clinical specialties. Specific responsibilities include running onsite and virtual client meetings, lead generation, inbound recruiting campaigns, online professional networking campaigns, identifying talent and workforce trends, general pipeline management, interview coordination, process improvement initiatives, regular client communications and reporting.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The Recruiting Consultant will oversee a full cycle recruiting operation that is focused on client management, sourcing, engaging, and recruiting the nation’s best specialty physicians and advanced practitioners. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing a multi-channel national recruiting program that identifies, targets, and engages highly qualified candidates in multiple clinical specialties. Specific responsibilities include running onsite and virtual client meetings, lead generation, inbound recruiting campaigns, online professional networking campaigns, identifying talent and workforce trends, general pipeline management, interview coordination, process improvement initiatives, regular client communications and reporting.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Function as a single point of contact for both our clients and physician candidates while coordinating permanent placement efforts.
- Use initiative-taking recruitment and sales techniques over the phone and electronically to recruit physicians.
- Apply in-depth research techniques and strategies to find top physician talent that best fit our healthcare facility partner(s) unique needs.
- Run onsite and virtual client profiles and meetings in a consultative manner.
- Develop multi-faceted advertising campaigns to target the right candidate audience.
- Function as a liaison between the client and candidate while coordinating onsite interviews, negotiations, and closings.
- Support, maintain and grow your client relationships.
- Help ensure a smooth transition for new providers into permanent positions.
- Utilize Fusion's Applicant Tracking System (Salesforce) and applicable job boards to identify qualified candidates, fulfill searches and maintain up to date provider information.
- Maintain an elevated level of both client and candidate satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly productivity goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to execute and manage deliverables accordingly.

- Ability to grow relationships within a book of business.
- Effective negotiation skills
- Excellent prioritization and critical thinking skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to make cold calls effectively and comfortably to providers.
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role preferred.
- Prior experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Knowledge of internet recruitment tools preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
